The mental illness of a child or adolescent is a major challenge not only for the child or adolescent, but also for their family. Our aim is to provide help and support, to understand, educate, treat and accompany patients and their families as best we can.

It is particularly important to us that mentally ill children and adolescents are not marginalised, but remain part of the community. "Belonging" was not only the motto of the XXXV Congress of the German Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Ulm in March 2017, but is also our guiding principle in the treatment and support of our patients.
