The Quality and Risk Management department reports directly to the Chief Medical Director and Chairman of the Executive Board. Its tasks are to advise the Executive Board on all issues relating to quality and risk management and their continuous further development.

For Ulm University Hospital, the topic of quality is a key strategic success factor in its self-image as a maximum-care university medical centre and an integral part of its corporate policy.
