Since 2018, Ulm University Hospital has been a corporate member of the
Federal Association for Complaint Management in Healthcare Facilities (BBfG).
The association represents the interests of complaints managers employed in healthcare facilities and provides impetus for the professionalisation of patient-oriented complaints management. Our claim to continuous quality improvement is ensured through the transparent handling of complaints in annual benchmarks, through standards and guidelines for the management of complaints as well as through collegial exchange and further training.
