Arrival and parking

Please enquire exactly where you should travel to when making your appointment.
The University Hospital has several locations and consists of many individual clinics.

Further information on travelling to the various locations and parking facilities can be found on this page.

Caféteria and kiosk

If you are visiting your relatives at the hospital, there are various opportunities to have a coffee or a snack together at the different locations.

At Oberer Eselsberg, for example, the cafeteria and kiosk near the main entrance offer a selection of refreshments and hot drinks as well as cakes and savoury snacks.

Here you will find an overview of cafeterias, kiosks and other shopping opportunities.

Art around the hospital

If you would like to go for a walk - perhaps together with your visitor - during your stay at the University Hospital, it is a good idea to follow the art trail. The circular path leads you through the grounds of the University Hospital and University past over 50 works of art by internationally renowned and talented young artists. These include works by Niki de Saint Phalle and Claire Ochsner.

You can find more information about the art trail and the works installed here: Ulm University Art Trail

Art in the hospital

Works of art by various artists, e.g. Stephan Huber's illuminated maps or paintings by Charles Keeling Lassiter, are also exhibited in the clinics themselves. There are also changing exhibitions, for example in the gynaecological clinic or in the clinic for ear, nose and throat medicine and head and neck surgery or in the therapy rooms of the RKU in the basement.
