The German Act on Corporate Due Diligence to Prevent Human Rights Violations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG) aims to prevent or minimise human rights or environmental risks or to put an end to violations of human rights or environmental obligations.

People can use the subsequent complaints procedure to report human rights violations and breaches of environmental protection regulations, thereby helping to limit the consequences of such violations and prevent similar misconduct in the future. Information on human rights or environmental risks can also be submitted via the complaints procedure
