Welcome to the website of our clinic. You, dear patients, are at the centre of our daily activities! Our aim is to provide you with the best possible advice and to find a customised therapy that takes your personal needs into account.

At our clinic, we offer you the full range of university medicine services. Whether oesophageal, gastric or intestinal surgery, liver or pancreatic surgery: we treat benign and malignant diseases of the organs of the entire abdominal cavity, as well as the thyroid and parathyroid glands.

We use state-of-the-art examination and surgical techniques to ensure successful treatment. In addition to open and minimally invasive procedures - so-called keyhole surgery - we also carry out robot-assisted operations with the "daVinci".

The surgical treatment of cancers of the digestive tract usually involves several steps and is embedded in a so-called "multimodal therapy concept", where our patients benefit from the latest scientific findings, experience from various specialist disciplines and the experts at the Comprehensive Cancer Centre Ulm (CCCU) at Ulm University Hospital.

In the field of paediatric surgery, we offer a wide range of standardised minor procedures, highly specialised perinatal surgery - for example in the case of complex malformations - as well as minimally invasive and robot-assisted operations. We also specialise in complex paediatric liver and pancreatic surgery.

On the following pages, we will inform you about the specialisations of our clinic, introduce our team and provide insights into current research topics.

We hope to be able to answer some of your most important questions here. If you have any individual questions, concerns or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us personally.
