Consultation hours for hereditary retinal diseases
This special consultation is aimed at patients with hereditary diseases of the retina, so-called retinal dystophies. These are so-called rare diseases that require special diagnostics for their further classification into specific clinical pictures and subsequent human genetic counselling.

Clinical questions
- Hereditary retinal degeneration (e.g. retinitis pigmentosa, macular dystrophies and vitreoretinal dystrophies)
- Acquired retinal diseases (e.g. chloroquine retinopathy)
- Congenital or acquired optic nerve diseases (e.g. optic neuritis or ethambutol/isoniazid optic neuropathy)
