Project description

The charitable foundation St. Konradihaus Schelklingen, founded in 1880, is a church foundation under private law. The purpose of the foundation is the education and training of children, adolescents and young adults. This objective has become increasingly difficult in recent years from a business perspective. At the same time, the diverse problem areas of the young people accommodated are a constant challenge for education, which must be met with further qualification and conceptualisation, among other things.

The aim of the "Chance2030" project is now to advise the Konradihaus on how to become a well-functioning and needs-orientated facility and to accompany the process of reorientation in the sense of change management. This involves working according to classic project management methods.

The project is orientated towards three main target areas: Orientation, working methods and economic efficiency, which are further divided into nine target dimensions. Extensive change measures with clear time frames are planned in all areas. The process of change takes place holistically in all structural areas of the organisation and permeates the organisation in a planned manner from management to employee level.
