Data Management is responsible for the entire process of GCP-compliant data collection and processing from the planning phase to the finalisation of drug trials, medical device studies and studies in accordance with professional regulations. In this context, data management works closely with functional areas such as monitoring and (pharmaco-) vigilance, as well as with study coordinators, investigators and study directors. This ensures that data collection and processing can be carried out in compliance with international and national laws and guidelines. The EDC systems REDCap and secuTrial are available at Ulm University Hospital.
