Frequently recommended facilities for follow-up treatment

After cardiac surgery, follow-up cardiological treatment is recommended. This will be personally recommended and organised for you by our social services as part of discharge management. The facilities in question naturally depend on the funding organisation!

The inpatient rehabilitation facilities frequently visited by our patients are

• Klinik Schwabenlandin Isny. Post-inpatient follow-up care is provided here by our clinic via senior physician Dr Liewald (visits once a week)

• the Bad Wörishofen Clinic

Outpatient cardiological rehabilitation can also be carried out, for example

• at the ZAR Ulm (patient's place of residence within a radius of 30km)
