Our quality policy

State-of-the-art technology and qualified staff guarantee the best possible radiological care for our patients. Therefore, both the patient and our highly qualified staff are at the centre of our thoughts and actions.

As a central functional area of the University Hospital, we endeavour to provide all diagnostic requirements within a reasonable period of time and with the highest possible diagnostic quality. We attach great importance to good communication and co-operation with our clinical partners. This good co-operation and the continuous exchange of important information are the basis for providing highly differentiated diagnostics for our patients.

By operating a quality management system, we aim to constantly review our work processes and methods in order to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Qualified and motivated employees are the basis for successful work and for the implementation of a quality management system.

All clinic employees are obliged to work for the benefit of the patients, to observe the principles of the quality management system and to put them into practice in their everyday work. The clinic management and employees therefore undertake to take all necessary measures to implement and stabilise the quality policy and to apply the instruments of continuous improvement in quality management.
