Ramona Hiltensperger is a research associate in the Process-Outcome Research Section. Her research focuses on the areas of implementation science and peer support. In the UPSIDES project, she is responsible for the local implementation of the study in Günzburg/Ulm and is also involved in the coordination of the cross-site implementation and culture-based adaptation of the implementation strategy.
