The Hospital Hygiene team actively supports and advises the entire Ulm University Hospital in all matters relating to hygiene and infection prevention. The aim of our interdisciplinary work is to maintain and develop permanently high standards of hygiene.
This is guaranteed by staff training on hospital hygiene topics, regular inspections and the use of special measurement and examination techniques in all clinical areas. Patients and visitors are also involved in preventative measures and have the opportunity to find out more at regular information events and activity days.
We are happy to answer your questions about infectious diseases, multi-resistant pathogens, isolation measures, disinfection and reprocessing options.
