Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, we take special care of our young patients in our paediatric consultation hours. Our range of services covers the entire spectrum of conservative and surgical ENT paediatrics. In close cooperation with our phoniatrics and paediatric audiology department and the University Children's Hospital, we can offer you state-of-the-art diagnostics and guideline-based therapies.
- Hearing diagnostics from infancy onwards
- Clarification of speech development delays, speech and language disorders

- Diagnosis of infantile snoring / infantile sleep apnoea including corresponding operations (removal of tonsils, tonsillectomy/removal, eardrum incision/tympanic tube insertion)
- Malformation surgery (e.g. protruding ears, cleft lip and palate)

- Treatment with implantable hearing aids
- Paediatric traumatology

Post-operative monitoring of small children is usually carried out in our paediatric surgery department. Slightly older patients are admitted to our ENT wards. Minor surgical procedures, such as the removal of tonsils (adenotomy) and/or insertion of tympanostomy tubes, are also performed on an outpatient basis.
