Consultation hours of the Skin Tumour Centre (HTZ)
Dear patients,
We would like to draw your attention to our skin tumour consultation hours on this page.
The skin tumour consultation hours take place in the General Outpatient Clinic of the Department of Dermatology every Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon or in urgent cases by appointment.
Appointments for our skin tumour consultation hours can be made by calling
Tel. no. 0049-731/500-57649
FAX no. 0049-731/500-57565
E-mail address haut.tumorzentrum[at]uniklinik-ulm.de
Please bring a current referral slip for the current quarter with you to your appointment. You can obtain this free of charge from your family doctor or dermatologist. Please also have the address and contact details of your GP ready and bring any relevant previous findings that are important for the treatment of your skin tumour. These are in particular histological findings (histologies) and doctor's letters summarising previous treatment. It is also important that you have a complete list of the medication you are taking and, if applicable, your allergy passport. We will endeavour to ensure that your consultation runs smoothly. Unfortunately, medical emergencies can sometimes result in longer waiting times. Therefore, please bring something to eat and drink with you as a precaution and allow plenty of time for your appointment with us. As part of our skin tumour consultation, we offer the entire spectrum of outpatient diagnostics and follow-up care for skin tumours, including high-frequency ultrasound examinations of the skin and lymph node locations. In addition to the diagnosis, the planned treatment steps and any other available therapeutic options are also explained in detail. Any skin cancer treatment is incomplete without tumour aftercare. The purpose of tumour aftercare is firstly to detect a recurrence of the disease in good time, secondly to identify and treat secondary diseases and thirdly to help you as a patient with your physical, psychological and social problems. It is important to us that you do not feel alone with your tumour disease.
The discussion with you is at the centre of the individual follow-up examinations. We will ask you questions about the course of your illness to date, how you are feeling, changes in your health and other important details of your medical history. We also carry out a regular physical examination.
In addition, there are three further special consultations for tumour patients on the following dates:
Monday:
2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Tumour patients in advanced stages
OÄ PD Dr med. Anca Sindrilaru
Surgeon Dr Diana Crisan
Tuesday:
