Project description
The aim of the project was to test a new form of care that enables therapy for children and adolescents with (impending) mental impairment in everyday school life and includes the establishment of regional networks of service providers. The aim of the new care service was to reduce the number of children and adolescents requiring full or partial inpatient treatment due to mental illness, to improve the participation of this patient group, particularly in school and education, and to improve the quality of life of those affected and their families. Another part of the project was the development of a web-based training programme "School-based interventions", which the practitioners undergo before applying the new form of care.
