Preamble
At its meeting on 22 November 2019, the hospital's Executive Board approved the new equal opportunities plan.
The preamble to the equal opportunities plan states: "Men and women have equal rights. The state shall promote the effective realisation of equal rights for women and men and work towards the elimination of existing disadvantages." Article 3 para. 2 GG.
In recent years, Ulm University Hospital has been able to fill more divisional and department head positions with women. Many measures for equal opportunities and the compatibility of career and family have been successfully and sustainably realised. As a result, the University Hospital also fulfils the requirements of the ChancenG to the greatest possible extent. In order to maintain this good result in the future, the University Hospital has set itself new targets for the next six years.
The specific targets and measures can be found in the equal opportunities plan.
