We define ourselves as an independent professional group and work as responsible partners in a therapeutic team.

We offer our external partners, be they doctors in private practice, other hospitals or other care facilities, the highest level of service reliability and cooperation.

We see our task as promoting and restoring health, counselling, preventing illness, alleviating suffering and accompanying dying people.

We promote the independence, decision-making ability and personal responsibility of people with care needs.

In our counselling,we also encourage people to deal with changing living conditions.

We are committed to the further development and improvement of care concepts, care methods and techniques, taking into account scientific nursing findings. We aim to ensure a high quality of care by

- assessing and determining individual care needs,

- organising, designing and controlling the care process

- analysing, evaluating, ensuring and developing the quality of care.

Understanding the relationship between people with care needs and care professionals

We see the person with care needs at the centre of our actions.

We regard people with care needs as our service with the right to be cared for according to the current state of healthcare and nursing.

We treat our customers in a courteous and friendly manner; our goal is their satisfaction.

We regard people with care needs as equal partners and plan their care and support together with them.

We respect the importance of the social environment and involve the relatives of people with care needs in counselling and support.
